Meals will be provided to the Chromatics team at every shoot. If food is not provided by the organizers, any meals purchased by the team will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipt. Receipts may be cross-checked against shoot times for validity.

If food is being provided by the organizers, this must be discussed ahead of time due to dietary restrictions within our team.

Overnight stay

This shoot requires an overnight stay Accommodation, meals, and logistics will be discussed on an as-needed basis to ensure the team is rested, fed, and set up to deliver properly. This will be confirmed separately before booking is finalised.

Additional services

Event photography Stills alongside the video shoot. Includes a dedicated photographer — both of us will be on video. Equipment package Lights, stands, rigging — provided by Chromatics

We strongly recommend keeping this on. If you opt out and the on-site equipment does not meet our production standards, we will not be able to execute the project to the quality you are paying for — and that responsibility falls entirely on the client. We will not issue refunds in this scenario.
